all future events!
Caring Crowns is a volunteer organization that has been a labor of love for Ashley Jones since early in 2006. We are our own organization and not affiliated with any pageant system - all queens are welcome to join, no matter what pageant system they represent. Caring Crowns is not just one service project; it is an organization that continually provides help to various organizations in need. We work with a different organization each month, such as Relay for Life or March of Dimes. Ashley's goal is for the girls to get exposure to helping with various causes and events, not just one.
Our organization, Caring Crowns, Inc., is legally recognized by the state of Georgia as a nonprofit corporation, and Ashley Jones is legally listed with the state of Georgia as the Founder and CEO of said organization. We filed articles of incorporation with the Georgia Secretary of State's office, which were approved, and we were then granted an official legal certificate of incorporation, signed by Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel. We also submitted our registration of "Caring Crowns" as an official "service mark" with the state of Georgia. (This is the equivalent of a copyright or a trademark, except it protects services instead of goods.)
We are also in the process of getting approved as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. This means that any donations to Caring Crowns will be tax-deductible once this process is complete. Our official website can be found at www.caringcrowns.org.
As stated above, Caring Crowns is NOT affiliated with any one pageant system - queens from ALL systems are welcome to join. We want girls of all ages to be able to experience the joy of helping and giving back to their community, no matter where they obtained their titles. We invite anyone to volunteer - you do not have to be involved in pageants. Any more information about Caring Crowns can be found on the various pages of our website. Thanks for stopping by our website, and we invite you to join us and make a difference.
Use the crown to care!
Welcome to the home page of Caring Crowns, a volunteer organization founded by in January 2007 by Ashley Rebecca Jones, Ms. Grayson 2009 and Miss American Princess 2008. Caring Crowns is made up of pageant queens who want to make a difference in their community.
Caring Crowns supports many causes, not just one. Our main objective is to hold at least one event a month where we help out or raise money for a cause that needs our help - we will help a different cause every month. Members are welcome to make suggestions if they have any ideas for fundraisers or groups that might need assistance.
Caring Crowns is NOT affiliated with any one pageant system - queens from ALL systems are welcome to join. Also, you do not have to be a queen to participate with Caring Crowns - if you are willing to volunteer your time and effort to our causes, we'd love to have you! Queens, feel free to bring your parents, siblings, friends, etc., to help out at our events. We are always looking for more titleholders who want to be a part of this great organization - please contact us and let us know if you're interested in becoming one of the queens of Caring Crowns!
Ashley is an actress and pageant titleholder who is also pursuing a career in the communications industry. She
has performed in over two dozen theatrical productions with theatres across the Southeast, as well as having served
on various technical theatre crews. She was recently nominated for a BroadwayWorld Atlanta Award in the category of
"Best Actress in a Play (Non-Professional)" for her portrayal of Elizabeth Bennet in "Pride & Prejudice".
Ashley holds two college degrees - a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Electronic Media. Her communications background includes having served as the News Director of
TV62, Western Carolina University's campus television station. Ashley also completed an intensive internship with the
FOX5 News Atlanta I-Team (the station's investigative reporting team). She worked on investigative stories with I-Team
reporter Randy Travis, and even went undercover equipped with a hidden camera. Two of the stories Ashley worked on were
later recognized with Southeast Regional Emmy Awards. Ashley has worked in public relations in Atlanta, traveling to various elementary, middle, and high schools as a motivational speaker. She currently works as the Office Manager at the Atlanta
branch of a nationwide learning center that serves special needs students.
Ashley is the reigning Ms. Georgia Citrus and World's National Georgia Miss, and has been involved in all aspects of pageantry
for over a decade - everything from competing to emceeing to judging to directing. Through her pageant consulting business, The Royal Touch , Ashley offers the following services: natural pageant coaching, natural hair/makeup, emceeing, and judging.
Ashley uses her pageant titles as a means of giving back to her community, and her community service has had national and international impact. Ashley is currently overseeing the formation of Caring Crowns chapters in several additional states!
The Caring Crowns Board of Directors is currently comprised of Ashley Jones (Founder & CEO) and Caroline Parker.

Caroline Parker, Mrs. United States Tourism 2010, graduated from Faith Academy and continued her education at Gainesville State College. With a change of major, she will now be attending Gwinnett Tech to become a Radiologic Technician. Caroline is married to Chase, who is a Gwinnett County firefighter. They have two beautiful little boys named Landon and Bentley.
Caroline began participating in pageants eight years ago. After a few years of participating in pageants, she decided that was not enough and wanted to begin directing one as well. She directed the Miss Ignite Pageant which benefited several organizations, including Caring Crowns. Not only has she directed and been a contestant herself, but she also likes to judge pageants and coach girls for their upcoming pageants.
Caroline loves her job as a Mary Kay consultant and is working to become a Mary Kay director in the years to follow. Between handling a job, a family, and pageant activities, whatever spare time is left she uses to volunteer in the community. She enjoys working at her old high school's football games, Special Olympics, Operation Christmas Child, and any other service opportunities that come her way!
